People want to understand the “why.”

  • Communication, transparency, involvement: turn those affected into participants.

  • Change only works with the people in the company. They need to be convinced.

  • Identify and activate “change agents”, the drivers of change in the company.

  • Bringing people together and building coalitions.

  • Understanding resistance and addressing concerns.

  • Change is driving people out of their comfort zone

  • Don't celebrate successes early

  • Only when the change is anchored in the culture and processes.
